Tchibo Barista Cafe Crema coffee beans are slow-roasted gently at a temperature of 200°C using the traditional drum roasting method. In this process, the finest Arabica beans cultivated in the highlands of Latin America are roasted for 18 minutes in a rotating drum. This extended roasting time allows the beans to extract their unique character fully. The prolonged roasting reduces acidity and allows for the fuller release of essential oils. This coffee is characterized by a balanced, mild, and very subtly bitter taste with a distinct fruity note. It is recommended for preparation in automatic espresso machines.
